Repossessions
In any repossession we will:
- Attend
all given addresses.
- Negotiate
full payment of arrears and costs. If funds are available, we will immediately
collect certified funds. If funds are not available, we will secure
the chattel (vehicle, or equipment), conduct vehicle inspection including
digital photos and arrange transport to the specified auction house.
- If a customer
has left the address, we will conduct basic inquiries.
- Upon approval
we will commence a thorough skip trace and supply your office with regular
updates and a detailed report and vehicle inspection.

Towing
Exact director David McAlister is a master of towing techniques and developments.
We are one of few companies with Tilt Tray Tow Truck, a far superior and
safer option than cradle or sling type operations. The truck has special
Lock-out Kits and Dolly Wheels for damage free access to vehicles, and
in addition has a Rear Lift which enables the towing of two vehicles,
a cost effective option for voluntary surrenders and removal to Auction
Houses.
Our Towing system is insured for $10,000,000 Public Liability Insurance
and $100,000 Hook Liability Insurance. With Exact Investigations, you
and your vehicles are in safe and secure hands.
